  Great branch! Fantastic tellers! Intelligent, friendly, helpful... Would not bank any where else! I hope this post makes it to the co-operate level and they get recognized for outstanding branch service!!!!!

  I usually go to this branch and have no issues but they are misinformed and don't know correct information on cashing checks! The manager and a woman proceeded to tell me I couldn't cash out my lottery ticket I had to wait 24 hours for it to post and I had to only be able to take out the amount of funds that was in my account at the time. I then proceeded to leave the store and go to the Citizens Bank in the same Plaza not the supermarket Branch but the regular branch where I had absolutely no problem cashing the check if you're in the Stop & Shop Plaza and your Citizens Bank member do not visit the supermarket branch they arent as informed as the regular Citizens Bank branch. I tried to tell the supermarket Branch three times I have won the lottery a month or two ago and the woman at the supermarket Branch cashed it out for me before with no problem so I knew that you can cash a government check there and I said I cashed it in here before and they didn't take my word for it and they didn't look into it I asked the manager to look into it and he said he couldn't....terrible for customer service. I wanted to walk back in and put the money in my bank right after cashing it from the other bank but that would have been too much of a hassle just to prove to them that I knew what I was talking about instead I decided to write a review which I never do but this made me very angry I'm with a four-year-old and I don't have time to go Bank hopping because of some ill-informed teller! Youve got to be kidding me. Even the woman at the regular Citizens Bank said that I was absolutely right and most times the supermarket branches aren't as informed. Being right didnt make me feel any better. I want those two enployees and anyone else working there to be informed and to know they were wrong.
